Je m&rsquo;appelle Biagio et je suis chef de cuisine \u00e0 la Pizzeria Ristorante Molino \u00e0 Altstetten. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je vais vous parler de mon quotidien et nous allons pr\u00e9parer l&rsquo;un de mes plats pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s : Risotto al limone con gamberoni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour commencer, nous allons faire revenir les gambas. On les entend gr\u00e9siller dans la po\u00eale. Il est important de bien faire revenir les gambas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au restaurant, je ne fais pas que cuisiner, je prends aussi les commandes, je travaille au bureau, je cr\u00e9e les menus. Avec un chef de Suisse romande, je m&rsquo;occupe des diff\u00e9rentes Proposta dello Chef, je calcule les menus et j&rsquo;organise le travail ici au Molino Altstetten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au cours de ces six ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es au Molino, j&rsquo;ai travaill\u00e9 dans trois restaurants : Frascati, Molino Select et ici \u00e0 Altstetten. J&rsquo;ai une \u00e9quipe formidable. Nous sommes responsables \u00e0 la fois de la pr\u00e9paration des plats et de leur pr\u00e9sentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le risotto est pr\u00eat. Risotto al limone con gamberoni. Il faut absolument que tu le go\u00fbtes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je travaille au Molino depuis six ans et j&rsquo;aime bien y travailler. Cette entreprise me donne la possibilit\u00e9 de me d\u00e9velopper et de faire toujours quelque chose de nouveau. Elle me donne la possibilit\u00e9 de rencontrer des jeunes qui veulent apprendre tous les jours.
