Ich bin Gilberto. Ich bin der K\u00fcchenchef und Gerant stv. in der Pizzeria Ristorante Molino Gasometer im Kreis 5 hier in Z\u00fcrich und ich werde euch heute etwas von meinem Alltag erz\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Was sind meine Aufgaben?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meine Aufgaben sind als K\u00fcchenchef die Organisation der ganzen Abl\u00e4ufe des Mittagsservice und Abendservice, Planung und Mitkochen nat\u00fcrlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Apropoz frische Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hier vorbereiten wir jetzt f\u00fcr unsere G\u00e4ste t\u00e4glich unser Tiramis\u00f9. Immer frisch gemacht und das ist eines von unseren Hauptprodukten im Molino. Das kann man auch als kleines \u00abPunto e basta!\u00bb bestellen, wenn man nicht so Lust auf eine ganze Portion hat. Dann gibt es einen L\u00f6ffel Tiramis\u00f9 und das passt immer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das war es von mir und von meinem Alltag.
